John Ratcliffe, Chairman of Pathway Sports.
Darren is a manager with nearly 25 years experience of working for public services. He spent 20 years working for the Civil Service where he was responsible for delivering national policy projects. He has also delivered many projects that have helped change and reform public services. He is now a manager at Viridian Housing, managing a team of 8 people running a programme of projects aimed at helping residents gain employment, get active in their local community and improve their health and wellbeing. Darren is a keen sportsman playing football, badminton, golf and enjoys the odd run. Darren believes that sport is something that can really help young people to improve their lives and can give them routes to education and employment that they otherwise would miss out on.
Jimi Adeboyejo received a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Ogun State University, Nigeria. After working as a senior Biology teacher in Nigeria he moved to UK and obtained M.Sc. in Information Technology from University of Paisley, Scotland. He further obtained an MBA from University of Liverpool. He works in consultancy, specialising in enterprise database administration and development. He is passionate about helping others, especially in the area of self development. He currently lives in London with his wife and children.
Mr Akinlolu James is currently the CEO and IT Consultant of Bamayo Computers, London, One of the topmost leading information technology solution provider within and outside United Kingdom. He has his first degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, Lagos. Nigeria and post-graduate qualifications in Computer Science, Data processing; Professional qualifications in Personnel Management MIPM; LIDPM, Sales Management. His specialisation includes training, manpower development, people management, business management, strategic planning, project management and development.

Kehinde Alli-Balogun, a Cinematograher, photographer and a proactive speaker, with a strong passion to help Young people and help the most vunerable with inspirational words and actions.
As a filmmaker who trained and worked at Soho Film Lab had a huge privileged to be among the production crew that worked on British - Hollywood big budgeted films such as The Green Zone Thriller, Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides 4 (2011), Hunting Houses, an ITV Series productions and also some big budgeted commercials.
Alli-Balogun holds a M. A in Cinematography and Post - Production from University of Greenwich.
